Dear Copper Ridge Parents,

I hope this email finds you and your family healthy and safe. I have attached the email sent out from Superintendent Carruth last night regarding our district parent survey. It is very important that all families take the time to fill out the survey and choose an education option for your family during this time of remote learning.

As we prepare for remote learning, we are requesting your input. Please fill out the survey below to indicate your family’s potential device needs. Only one survey response is needed per family.

To make an informed decision, in the event you check out a device, you will be required to complete an Responsible Use Policy Agreement as well as a Device Loaner Agreement.

When responding to survey items, there is no need to complete a survey for each child in your household.  If you have more than one child that attends Copper Ridge, please only provide information for the eldest child.

Devices will be distributed on Friday, August 7th.  More information will be sent out regarding technology pick up. At this time, we are only gathering information to see who may need a device, as we do not have enough devices for each student.

**Please note: When your child returns to in-person learning at school, the student’s device needs to be returned with them at that time.

This survey will close Tuesday, August 4 at 5 p.m. Thank you in advance for your timely response.
