My name is Kristin Powell and I am ecstatic to be returning to the Copper Ridge family this year as a second grade teacher. Last year I was honored to receive “Rookie of the Year” for the Vail School District.

I am born and raised in Tucson, Arizona and love to explore the beautiful mountains that surround our city. I love to read and to spend time with my dog and family any chance I can.

I graduated from the University of Arizona and have a love and passion for working with children. I am grateful that I get to serve alongside a talented and devoted staff at Copper Ridge.
